what do you do if you get a flat? if you have 20" wheels and you get a flat is it bad to drive on the missized spare?

no it's not very good for your suspension.

but a spare is only supposed to be used in order to get you off the side of the road and to a tire shop

if you look on the sidewall of the spare it says "temporary tire". your not supposed to drive more than 50 miles or more than 50mph. its just for you to limp to the tire shop.

i live in FL the road are decent the reason i was asking is becuase pot holes and shitty roads dont mix with low profile tires.
