O2 Sensors

i have a bassani catted x-pipe and it came with off road pipes. the o/r pipes have bungs for the O2 sensors so if i just stick the O2 sensors in em will it still throw a code?

i should have been more specific. i have a catted x pipe that has removeable cats. it has pipes that go in their place and the pipes have places for the O2 sensors. if i swap the cats for the o/r pipes will the car throw a code?

yes you will throw a code. you could run O/R pipes and just buy some mil elimanators or a tuner to turn off the cel

You can either turn them off with a tuner or put on mil eliminators...

With the O/R downpipes it will throw a code...

thanks guys. in the future if i get a tune from bamachips and i decide to take the cats off can i turn them off with the tuner? i though i heard somebody on here say that doug locks the tunes so you cant change em. is that true?

not sure what doug does but yes you can fix your cel with the tuner
