Pypes Exhaust

Anyone running the mid muffler setup? I have heard the clips with headers and cattless x-pipe and sounds pretty dayum good. I hate my sound.

I have posted a thread a while back about them and you can't beat the price or the sound. They have the Pypes 409 Stainless Steel Violator Axle-Back with Polished 304 Tips (2005+ GT) on sale at American Muscle for $209.99.

http://www.americanmuscle.com/pypes-...-violator.html

I am sure Maverick will chime in about them.

I hate the way mine sounds, it's loud which I want but it has a metal vibration like sound when I am WOT or on it hard during 2k to 3k RPM's. I contacted Pypes about that sound clip for the setup and it's L/T's with O/R X-pipe. SO I am dying to hear someones before I buy them.

acehogg i know what you mean. i hate the flows. they are too quiet to begin with and when you add an o/r mid pipe they get a raspy metallic sound. check out bassani i think either the SS axle backs or the race axle backs would sound killer w/the borlas.
