Dyno Results?

I finally got my 2006 convert gt with Roush S/C dyno'd. My best pull was 281 HP with 408 lb-ft. I though I would have more HP than this. Do these numbers sound right?

Something is not right with those numbers. I would ask the tuner to check the calibration. Who installed the 'charger?

My local ford dealer installed the charger. The guy who did the dyno said that 281 HP at the rear wheels was really good. He said that what ever HP you have a at the engine, you will lose about 25%-30% to the rear wheels. So according to him he is not that far off.

i think that is 380 a stock gt will put down 272 rwhp. with that torque i would think you would have a minimum of 375 rwhp.
what boost you running? where did the torque and hp peak at on the graph?

When my dads car had about all bolt ons minus long tubes... just in at vmp said it made 265 rwhp and then with his a/f adjustment he made 275 rwhp. I didn't beleive him cause after that it went 13.14 at 105 mph which idk think a 3500+ pound car could do with only 275 rwhp.

Make sure your using the right tuner. Who did thei install and who tuned it?

those #'s are definitely wrong....

drive train loss is 12 - 18% (manual - auto) a S/C car... even a Roush @ 4psi with the canned tune should be above 350RWHP

Hey Wally...it had to be a typo .I'm runnin the same as you and my dyno was 375hp/372 torque on a mustang dyno....I hear the numbers would be higher on the dynojet or whatever the other brand is. Did he give you a printout? Mybe the 281 was your cubic inches.
