Turning Signals!?! WTF!

I have done every single mod on my car all by myself...never ran into a problem I couldn't figure out...until yesterday when I tried to tint my turning signals. Does anybody have a write up or any experience in removing them? I tried to take the wheel well out to get to them but just ended up snapping one of those plastic tension clips. And those white posts holding the Turning Signal Assembly on (they kinda look like arrowheads?) I'm afraid I'm gonna break them too. Damn this project!!!

So if you have any experience, have a write up, know where I can find a write up....PLEASE put me out of my misery!

NL it you're talking about the front signal lenses, then yes, the inner fender well must come out. It just takes a lot of patience to wriggle those plastic clips out. You should be able to squeeze the arrowhead thing on the white clip to get the holes in the lens housing over them. Just take your time. I just went outside and was able to wriggle mine off. Try squeezing the arrow gently with a needle nose pliers if you have to.

Ok, did you have to remove the 2 plastic tabs at the top of the wheel well too? (the 2 that join the front and back half of the wheel well) any tips/pointers besides wiggle?

I left mine in and tinted them, gently pulling the bumper cover out and tucking the tint in, then smoothing...I assume you have tinted before?

Ive tinted as my job in college...
