GT 500 Super Snake

Did anyone hear about the new GT 500 coming out thats supposed to
have 2 versions a 600hp warranted and a 725hp unwarranted and they also come with 3.73s,FR exhaust,FR handling Pak,20in wheels,short throw shifter,and six piston brakes.It should be a killer car.

That car should be able to compete with the vette viper now...

I heard it is going to be hard to even get one because they are so HOT! and are makeing so few of them... Wont be able to get one for under $80,000 I'm sure of...

id just buy the 600hp one and then mod it to make 725 and save a shit ton of money. but either one will be sick. in aq straight line it would definetly hang with a viper and ZO6.

I dont think id buy either of them just because they cost so much. I could build up my car and make it faster than them for how much they will go for.

Im also poor though so i couldnt even get one if i wanted

Got to look over the Super Snake at the Shelby Meet in Tulsa in Jun. Sharp car. The bottom pic also has the 2008 GT500KR sitting next to the Red SuperSnake

Yall aint gona believe me but the stock zo6 and stock shellby are equal (ive raced one we tied) and those 600 hp and 700hp aint from ford its from shelby in vegas it adds about another 20000 to the sticker

Why wouldn't we believe you? Thats what all the current articles talk about!! Wouldn't mind touring that Vegas facility!!!

I was in Vegas last week and toured the Shelby shop! I didn't get to see the super snake because they had taken it to a show , but I did get to see some 40th anniversary shelby cars. They were pretty awesome.

he's talking about the current production GT500's. and no, i dont believe him, because having ridden in both an 07 GT500 and my dad's friend's 07 Z06, there is absolutely no way. z06 has more hp, not to mention NATURALLY ASPIRATED hp, which is different from hp from a power adder, and the z06 is much lighter and much much more aerodynamic. absolutely no comparison and anybody who thinks the stock 07 GT500 will hang with a stock 07 z06 is smoking crack and i will fight that until the day i die, thank you very much

the zo6 was dynoed on speed and it only made 410 to wheels but the shelby makes between 450 to 480 t the wheels
