I just called my credit card company (USAA) and they were very helpful. I have all my invoices and credit card receipts (who uses cash anyway!!). They said I have everything I need and the only thing extra they require is a second opinion. Well, that should happen Monday when my car is at the other shop for diagnostics. They should be able to instantly tell there is a problem and indicate that on my invoice. That way, I should be able to get the close $900 dollars spent in"tuning" the shit shop thinks they did.

Glad for the heads up! I will never even give them a call! lol But if all goes well with the shop on monday I will probably give him a call and see what a dyno tune for my stang would be once I have my top end on!!

Once this thing is all together, your going to let me drive it right? lol

I would still ask for the refund for the DS as well depending if your satisfied with the DS. Mike Bowen the owner of PH is very nice and i know he will stand by all his products. i have spoke with before and very very nice and full of knowledge. He even offered to fly from PA to Cali to help an individual with tuning from one of his turbo kits. Now thats service. Oh damn, I rambling on again. Sorry.

that sucks gunny. keep your head up man. ya know what is most upsetting is that people just can't be honest. if you are having trouble be upfront with people. sorry to hear that man. hope you get it all worked out soon and can finally enjoy your car!
