Installing Steeda CAI, High Flow Elbow & SCT Tune

Ordered my Steeda CAI, high flow elbow & SCT x-Calibrator 2 Tuner this week. Can't come soon enough!

Before I dig in, are there any install tips / words from the wise I should consider?

I am particularly afraid of the tuner and detonating my poor engine with my gratuitous dumbassitude on this subject.

In case anyone is wondering, I looked at a lot of these packages and went with Steeda because of:
1) Their relationship with Ford, having software updates, etc
2) Large established company with many knowledgable people on staff
3) Plastic elbow holds less heat than (frankly) better looking metal ones
4) More of an All "Ford" solution
5) Good enough for Mr. Shelby, good enough for me
6) Shelby GT sounds great with This intake and GTA's
7) Steeda is open on Saturdays
8) Pat on the phone was great to deal with and patiently answered all of my tiresome questions

And for what it's worth, I know read the f'in manual sounds like a cheap answer, but it's really the best advice. Read it twice, and take your time installing your shit.

when reinstalling the MAF make sure you install it the right way. It looks the same on both ends but it is supposed to be facing a certain direction. make sure you note which direction it faces before you remove it. other than that the installation is very simple.
