Whipple Fuel Gauge and IAT Relocation Mod

Hey, guys. I thought this would be of interest to many of you with Whipple blowers and trying to figure out how to attach a fuel pressure gauge to your machine. Since the intake tube goes directly over where the aftermarket pieces go to allow for the sender to hook up and because I didn't want to cut fuel lines, I went with this option. I think it looks great and should do what it needs.

Also, since Whipple left the IAT sensor in its factory location (in the MAF), the air temp readings are not what the engine sees after compression through the blower. For this reason, we have relocated it after compression so true air temp can be measured. Thoughts? I'm all ears. Please be gentle though.

you may also cut the fuel rail cross over line and put a copper T- adapter in between the lines and hook the gauge to it as well.

thats what I did on my car and get great readings.

here's mine:

I looked a lot at yours (I think I found it on the Modular Fords forum). I know you haven't had any problems with that, but I was simply concerned with the approach. I'm glad it worked out for you though. Are you at sea level, by chance?
