Need help with diag codes

I received my car back from my tuner and within an hour, the following codes were thrown:

P0622 Generator Field Terminal Circuit
P1000 OBD System Readiness Test Not Complete
P2198 O2 Sensor Signal Stuck Rich – Bank , Sensor 1

Any ideas on what is causing them? I cleared them this morning in an attempt to see if they reappear. I have a Diablo Predator.

2006 Mustang GT with Whipple HO.

Yes and the Autometer Wideband prior to cats. The last round of tuning done made this problem show up. Yeah, I'm sure it has something to do with that. I'm just fishing to see if anyone can tell me where to look and figure out what may be wrong.

Is the car running rich at all ( on the wideband gauge) ?

and was the engine just started when it happened or was it fully warmed?

It appears to be running okay. When cruising, it's hovering around 14.7 and from what I know, that's ideal. it moves around quite a bit when getting on it/varying drving. I would have to do some data logging to see mins and maxes though. You thinking the tune is dumping too much fuel into the engine?

Since it appeared, it comes on immediately when the car starts. After I cleared them this morning, I started the car and let it idle. No check engine message. I'll haev to drive it and see if they return.

I think you got a fairly conservative tune and it might be running a little rich..

whats the wot reading?

I would data log a few 3rd and 4th get wot pulls and show the datalogs to your tuner and see what he thinks
