^ they look great on your car man... I don't something about the flat black and the clear coat just doesn't do it for me when including hood pins.

but hey that's only my opinion.

Everyone likes something different. I agree there may be a contrast thing, but if I were Regency, I'd have the pins powder coated flat black and make them be more towards the center of the hood rather than the sides like mine.

I also took into account that he's driving the car like he stole it. Last thing I want anyone to experience is a failed latch at 135+ mile an hour. Especially since he's playing on the street. Knowing he'll frequently be making the high speed blasts, was more of what I based my yes vote on.

I say no. It will disrupt the clean lines of the car. The hood is stock anyway. If Ford made the car able to do 150mph I think they would have designed a latch to withstand it.

How much is the price of good hood pins? Do they rust? I like the ones with the lines connected to them from the undetside of the hood like the old stangs

I need a professional to photoshop dark head lense and turn signals on my car, along with hood pins. That would be great if anyone could do it.... anyone good in here?

they are cheap enough.

When Zip gets on talk to him about it. He has the hood pins on his car.

I think a set of Shelby hoodpins would look just absolutely SICK on your car Regency! I installed the FRPP hoodpins on mine, but when I saw a friend with the Shelby ones, they just looked alot cleaner. I think they may be chromed...not sure. Oh, and they add about 10 rwhp!

You should be able to install yourself and save some dough. I installed mine and I'm not even that tech savvy. I even put up a really sweet write up on it..*cough* the write up that Zip used *cough*

+1 on hood pins. They work well with black cars. Post pics if you decide to install.
