Shelby GT and a Jet Performance Chip

I was curious if anyone knew if a Jet Performance Chip was actually worth it for a Shelby GT......I the tune from shelby is already pretty decent i need to know if a chip would help out at all.

NO!!!!!!!

do not get that JET chip, you'll (excuse my language) fuck up your car.

if you want a better tune, get a custom SCT tune done!

+1 on the big NO to the Jet chip, just like Mav said. Go with the SCT tuner.

Livewire is the more expensive one, but you could get either the xcal 3 or the livewire. Both are supposed to be very good.

I would hold off on the Livewire, they are still trying to work all the bugs out. Go with the Xcal 3

Pesky Bugs

What bugs do they have and how bad are they? I am about to click the button on ordering a Livewire, but don't want to screw myself. Are the bugs major or minor? Once they fix them, you should be able to flash the firmware with the fixes, correct?

I'm not totally sure. Try posting whether or not to get the X3 or Livewire in the clubhouse. The livewire works with all years as long as they have OBD2.
