Mickey Thompsons have arrived!!!!!!

Like I said my tires are here, 26x11.50x17 M/T ET street bias ply's are here BUT the wheels to go with them wont be here for at least another week

. I wanted the stickiest possible while still being DOT so I can enter street tire categories, that why I didnt go with the radial. They will be for strictly track use, I'll swap them each time before I head to the track. MAN I cant wait, I'm still up in the air about whether or not I want to run them before I get my gears changed (still running 3.31's). Cant do the gears till my other parts get here tho so...

I say run the slicks with the 3.31s then again with the 4.10s (?) so you/we can see the difference

Thats what will happen I'm sure, I'll get the wheels before the rest of the part so the temptation will be too hard to resist.

Oh I thought that you wnt you weren't going to run it with the slicks until you got gears.

The wheel they'll be going on is a Ford Racing 17x9 Bullitt style, black fans and polished lip. It's gonna look dorky cuz they wont match my existing wheel but when I'm pullin 1.6 second 60fts they wont HA. Anyways the other mods coming are BMR's drag pasck level one rear suspension, their panhard bar relocation kit (includes new diff cover) also what I'm waiting on before I do the gears, an electric water pump, oil pan and windage tray, a Steeda Race cowl induction hood, hood struts, and billet antaenna, 3.73 gears, 31 spline axels, and either an eaton posi or possibly an ECTED I havent made up my mind yet. I'll get you numbers in a couple weeks on power, I'm gonna get it dyno tuned when I have the tuner install the gears and axels, I've been runnning a Bama tune for the last several months which has been sufficient but not as good as a true dyno tune will be. I'll get some newer pics up soon also, the paint on my billet antaenna is drying right now.
