on slicks rev up to about 5000 rpm and slip the clutch
on drag radials about 3000 rpm and slip the clutch on street tires about 2000 rpm and slip the clutch you will get better 60 foot times if you slip the clutch and just don't dump it because it will either just burn out or bog the car and kill the 60 foot time, slicks and drag radials will be worth it more than street tires to get out the hole because you can leave harder on them, and make sure to do a burn out and try to avoid the water box with the front tires because they could dampen the track and you won't get any traction
