you can't get the pypes mid muffler system and an axle back system. those two are the same part. If you are planning on getting LT's later, you can't get a mid pipe now because it won't work with the LT's.

Not sure if this is true or not but does putting a new exhaust on the car void the warranty?

Thanks

^ no it doesn't.

they can only void your warranty if they can prove that the exhaust caused whatever problem your bringing your car in for.

SLP LMs are insanely loud with an O/R pipe. I have 'em on my car though and love it!

the pypes mid muffler set up will give you that vintage mustang sound. If I were buying my exhaust again, i would go with the mid muffler set up with the pypes o/r h-pipe. don't buy an h-pipe now though if your going to get LT's.

borla stingers sound really nice. I heard a set on an 05 gt at a car show over the summer, and wow, i strongly reccomend them. also, they will last forever.

wait wait wait, I'm under the impression that you can have LT headers, an x pipe and axle back exhaust...what do you mean by not being able to get a mid pipe if you're getting LT headers?

he means, if you are getting LTs down the road, the mid pipe for the stockers will be too long and you will have to buy a shourter one to accomidate the LTs.

Steeda/Borla Axleback has the best sound.

Just my opinion

i wont be gtting the Lts for some while i plan to get a intake and tune, pulleys, hurst comp/plus, and suspension before the headers just because of price-performance reasoning but anyways i went ahead and ordered the pypes o/r h-pipe but now i just need to decide what muffler i am going to match up to it. i want my car to saound different but im still worried about the SLP's not sounding deep enough though, but then again i dont know how much i will like the mid muffler system since it is supposed to make the car sound more like the older ones. so i was wondering about the pypes violators, if it comes down to it and i cant decide i think ill just go with the stingers cuz they cant let me down
