so i think the white stripes and stock rims are a bit flashy, beit its a bright red mustang and thats about as flashy as it gets, but the i want to eat your babies look is more my taste..opinions please...[/img]

The stripes will look mean. If you want to see one with black stripes but stock rims, try this.

I like the stripes and the blacked out lights. I'm partial to the Roush 5 stars, but that's just me.

I like the white stripe. I have yet to see a set of black rims i like but i'm not a fan of most of the chrome either.

the second pic definitally looks bad... I like the lights and fogs, anyone know where to find those? are they lenses, bulbs, or tint? If you want to get rid of those factory wheels let me know...

I like it................................................ ....exactly the way it is. For me, smokes came and thankfully went in the 80s. That's the price you pay for being old.

you need to paint the pony black. A couple weeks ago i painted the pony and my gt emlems flat black. It looks sick. I really need to post some pics. Ne one willing to go thorugh step by step how too? Im really computer illeterate, so dont make it to complicated.

I like the white stripes with the chrome wheels better. But, It's your car so make it the way you want it and to hell with everyone else. As long as you don't make it look like a ricer. Then we'd have to kick your ass.

so hmm its a tricky one, from what i can tell the look of the tint is great during the day, but at night i cant see shit,, i had to drive with my fogs on to see anything, i was under the impression that they were optically clear but apparently thats not the case..the tails are fine and look great black as do the courtesy and turns...but damn those heads, as for the stock look, honestly i like it better also, i am getting the stripes done again soon and am caught between the white and black, the white ones i got are destroyed only 3 days after i bought the car so roush is taking care of the issue. but i ordered high gloss black instead of white as to not have it happen again as it did...now stripes are cheap in my opinion so i can change out whenever, i will go black see how it feels nd if i like it i will keep it, if not i will order more white and redo it that way...the rims are gonna be black chrome 5 points but i am gonna do everything through my dealer as to keep the waranty perfect, i sure hope they know how to handle superchargers...

Now you realize that there are two types of black stripes right? The one shown in the above pic of the Roush at the dealership is a matte stripe (I took the pic myself) and there is no reflection. The bad part about those stripes is several people are having issues with them clouding up if you get any wax on them.

The other option are stripes like mine which are gloss. I had mine put on at the dealership since I wanted mine to go to the ground. The issues with the gloss ones is that they scratch real easy.

So I guess it's six of one, half a dozen the other.

Oh, and they make a black out panel that goes over your headlights now that you can pop off at night.
