Fault codes

Receiving fault code P0152 intermittently which is bank 2 O2 sensor, can someone tell me which side is bank 2?
Also receiving fault code P2198 and I can't find this defined anywhere, any ideas?

Thanks
Konzy

your passenger side 02 sensor is shot.

the second code is also an 02 sensor code.. it's telling you that your running rich..
which is probably just the broken 02 sensor miss reading.

p0340 is sometimes related to a faulty alternator. Is your battery light coming on?

For the OP HMUSN already got you taken car of, I would replace the upstream O2

If the alternator is in fact casuing the issue it is most likely due to a faulty diode sending out interferance. Here is a TSB for it.
