I would reccomend installing the drive shaft safety loops at the same time.

that was gonna be my next question redfire. What company should I go with for the safety loops, also do you need a safety loop close to the tranny and then one close to the axle? Whatever would make it legal to drag, which would be?

Also I am planning on gettin gears at the same time, do I need to buy an installation kit also even if I get them installed at a shop? And where is the best place to find true ford racing gears at the best price

I would go with front and rear. You won't need them till you're faster that a certain time, but its just a safety precaution. And I believe FRPP you be the best place. Not too sure about the install kit though.

I don't know about the others but I would just go with FRPP. I've only heard a couple negative reviews of the FRPP gears and most of those were because of improper installation.

Ill go with frpp then. Ive heard alot of people on here have them. Is there anything else that I should get while swaping out my gears. I was thinking about a rear axle girdle. Is it worth it?
