Carbon fiber is gonna be stronger and probly lighter but the only kit I've seen required you to chang the yoke so it wouldnt be a bolt on installation and I think thats what is good about the alum and steel ones cuz its a 30 minute job and would be more than sufficient for the power most of us make.

Carbon fiber is the best in not losing hp during transfer and lighter. But you gonna have to shell out a lot more money.

I would just go aluminum if I were you, unless you just have cash to throw away. In that case just pm me and I'll give you my address

carbon fiber is really only needed in 650+ rwhp applications...which most people wont be doing...

You don't need carbon fiber. Save 3-4 hundred bucks and go aluminum. You'd never know the difference anyway. Most good aluminum shafts weigh damn near what the carbon ones do.
