rotors install..


how hard is it?
any write ups?

im just throwing on new front rotors (regular stock) because my 17 inch rim limits me to basicly 1 other choice so im gonna wait till I buy rims to upgrade....

it should take you about 15 minutes. all you have to do is jack the car up, take of the wheels, undo the caliper bolts, pull off stock rotors, put new ones on, put calipers back on, bolt wheels back up and your done.

Yeah its really easy. Jack it up. Remove the wheel. Unbolt the caliper, and attach it to the strut or something so it doesn't hand on the brake line, then unbolt the rotor put the new one on and reassemble it.

lol was looking for a more step by step but does any1 know the tools need and sizes plz.. last time i couldnt throw on my exhaust cuz i didnt have the right size tool...

i wanna get everything ready then do it... gonna change front rotors and brake pads and the rear pads as well...

just get a $20.00 socket set and a brake caliper compression tool and that's all you need.

Yea you have to depress the caliper. No one else has mentioned that but HMUSN. Not sure if it'll help but don't forget to remove the cap to the brake resivoir.

because he won't be able to fit him brakes over the rotor once he drops them in the caliper because his caliper pistons are not flush with the caliper.
