4.10 Gear Install!!!
My father and I have decided that we're going to do the gear swap ourselves. We're BOTH mechanical savy, and we're alloting ourselves the whole day (if necassary). Now. My question is...
Can anybody tell me a basic (if not in detail) idea of how to do this? We can do it...it's just, I don't want to overlook a small detail that will result in a new rear-end or transmission! And also, if you've done the swap, does anyone have pictures? Any and all help is greatly appreciated

make sure you have the right dial calipers to set the pinion depth, an inch pound torque wrench to measure the preload on the pinion bearing, and the dial caliper to set the backlash, and an impact to assist in setting the crush sleeve
