turbo by pass valve

I just ordered a Hellion turbo for my 05 today. After hearing some of the bypass valves on you tube Im concerned as to if im going to like that loud of a noise all the time. Im hoping its not that loud on a lower boost car.

welcome to the forums.

you don't need a BOV. (blow off valve) on your car.

you just won't make as much power as all.

It comes with the kit. It seems some are louder than others. I dont mind a little bit of that sound I just dont like that loud gun shot sound some make.

I personally think it's a great sound.

but you won't get that sound anyway as long as you stay out of boost.

meaning.. you'll only get the sound when you shift at a high rpm.

I really havent heard one in person just on videos. Maybe its not the same in person. Everybody else seems to like it. Maybe Im to old!! javascript:emoticon('

the 1 with the kit isnt that loud and the vids online that u are listening to isnt the same..

wat i would do i were u id make my wastegate vent to the automosphere
makes it alot louder if u search for juicie46 or juicie 6 he has an 04 cobra thats loud as fuck!
