brenspeed+jlt= WOW!

Just installed my jlt cai and brenspeed tune and I'm freakin amazed!

I read all the posts about it, but its one of those things that you have to feel to believe. Quick question...i had a little 91 octane in the tank, so I went with the 91 tune. I filled up with 93, but is it ok to keep the 91 tune until I'm sure the tanks full of 93? Thanks for all the input and advice

if you put 93 in, than install the 93 tune. Do you have the race tune? thats all I run. It's so awesome!!!

You should run your current tank load close to E while staying with the 91 tune. Then fill with 93 and load the 93 tune. You should have no problems with pinging if you follow those instructions.

Where do you guys get 93 octane? i live in california and the only thing i can find is 91 and some 105 or something rediclious near a race track. been looking and i cant find it anywhere!

If you have 93 it would be all over the place. Here in FL all you can find is 93.

I do have a 93 tune, but I don't know if its a "race tune". As much of a difference as the 91 tune made, I cant wait to try the 93! 4.10 gears are next!

yeah in CA the highest you can find is 91 out on the east coast its 93 which is badass for all of us on the east hahaha

texas is all 93 too! gotta love it. I have a 93 race , torque, and performance tune. Tried the tunes, but nothing comes close to the race tune!

+1 on the race tune, but it also uses more gas around town. it dropped me somewhere close to 15 mpg around town rather than the 18 with the performance tune.

states are all different in reguards to what the highest octane they offer. usually it's going to be 91 or 93 octane. unless of course you get race fuel.

I've never been to west texas... just dallas and austin.

If you run a higher octane than what it is tuned for it doesn't cause any problems. It does when you run too low of an octane.
