prostar fitment problem

15x10 prostar with 6.5bs wont fit!
well, got a prostar at a hell of a deal, 100 bucks shipped new.
tried to test fit it, and it hits the shock mount...now what?
isnt this the correct backspacing and everything, or do I have to modify my rear suspension to fit them? or run a 1/2" spacer to clear it (I thought that was a no-no)

We had that same problem. Weld was no help either. They said "IT SHOULD FIT"

Weld are friggin' useless. My original Forgestars for the 2005 GT Mustang just didn't fit. They clamped the rear brakes on and only by luck did I avoid ripping the calipers off. They eventually sent me some crappo spacers which I used until all the chrome shattered and fell off the back wheels - then I had to ship the DEFECTIVE twice-over wheels back to them (from the UK) at MY cost to get them replaced under warranty (at their own sweet leisurely pace). Even then the redesigned wheels didn't match. So my advice is to insert the wheels up their back passage and never darken their door again. I certainly won't as they've wasted my time, my money and my enjoyment of my car. Missed every show this year as a result.
