So how much money are we talking with everything....stage 2 clutch and everything else I need, not including install

The Spec Stage 2 clutch is 350 bucks.

A bolt kit from www.fordracingparts.com is about 20 bucks, and a throw out bearing from the same place is about 30 bucks.

if you use spec they recommend a new flywheel also not sure if it is a must though. I would

Yer I was also suggesting an aluminum flywheel.
