More Details on the Shelby GT, Pics Too

Nice looking car but is nothing more than appearance over substance. I personally wouldn't want to pay what they are going to want for the Shelby name for a barely warmed over GT. Just my $.02 worth.

It has the sport suspension package from ford and axle backs in addition to the CAI and tune. It boasts a whole 25 more HP @ the crank. Whoopy fucking do. For 10 grand more they can eat me.

There is one of these shelby GT's at are dealership, I didn't go look at the sticker but a friend of mine did and he said it was in the mid 40's, I think they are fishing for a sucker....JM

Thats not a bad price I guess I will have to drive by there and look for my self, I paid just over 30 for my GT so 31 would be a pretty sweey deal...JM

Yeah I was amazed when I saw the price on it! I figured it would at least be more than 35K but that is a good deal for what it normal would go for.

at my local dealership, the shelby GT was listed for $30,790 but if you look around for a very small piece of paper (whether it be inside the car or under the windshield wiper) it will have the ACTUAL price listed, which in my case was $40k even. i also got all excited about the 30k price tag until i found that "other" piece of paper lol

Naw man there wasnt any other piece of paper that was visible at all! All it had was the sticker on the window that was 31K. I was really suprized!

Yeah and then below it it has a seperate sticker on it that said the final price was something in the 31K range. The small sticker was the same one that I saw up at another dealership tell me the price of the inflated GT500. I dont know if they are playing tricks or what but I saw what I saw!

i believe you, but on that window sticker it branched off to like 3 different "total" prices lol.. if you look at the top of that sticker it will say "2007 GT Premium" it wont say shelby GT.. but then after looking around the car, i found a sall post it note sized paper and written by hand it said "Shelby GT Package - $9,900" and then it listed the actual total of the car on that paper too, being a higher price than all the other prices that were branched out from the window sticker lol

Yeah There were only 2 stickers on it and the highest price that it had on it was 31,XXX. It was nice too! It was the black one!

yeah, the one i saw was black with silver stripes too

but as far as the price goes, it could be 31k, but the salesmen could also be waiting for somebody to get excited over it and ready to buy it and then they will tell them the actual price.. maybe its some kind of twisted sales strategy
