Bullitt Grille

Ok so I was recently at my local Ford dealer (biggest in the state) and picked up a brochure for the new 08 Mustang. In it is a picture of a white convertible California Special with a grille that resembles the one thats coming out on the new Bullitt. I asked the aftermarket department at the dealer and they had NO clue (he actually told me its the stock grille on all the new 08 V6 Mustangs

) so I left and checked the website www.fordaccessoriesstore.com and its on there! Well, only the picture not the product. So I emailed Ford. The reps have no idea and each time I ask I get a new response that's pretty dumb. "Ask your dealer." "Thats the grille on the CS" "We have no information on that" So I called Ford.

I was transfered about 9 times in a 45 minute call with no answers (no joke). Well anyway here's the grille I've been blabbing about. Anyone have any info on it?

looks like the stock grill, minus the horse, plus some chrome trim

i say you make your own. and then write up a DIY because anything from ford is gonna have a 200% markup

Looks cheap IMO. Should go with the black grill from the Roush 427R track pack.

Well I was going to get a billit grille but I've been wanting a honeycomb one. I want it plain so I can offset a pony package fender emblem on it. I would make my own if I knew how. I'm not really interested in the chrome outline at all just a plain V6 style grille without anything on it.
