They're ok. I've had two sets and the shoulders wore down pretty fast on both of them. I would suggest Kuhmo if you are looking for a cheaper tire.

I would go with nitto nt555's from discount tire... $146 each for 255/35/20's. If you want a bigger tire than that, i would go with a staggerd stance... 255/35/20's up front and 295/30/20 in the rear.

I have the falken azenis tires

295/40/18 Rear
265/35/18 Fronts

I have loved them since I put them on. They are very sticky tires and hook up way better than the bfg ta kd tires I had before in the same size. I will buy another set of these when they wear out. I've had them for about 4000 miles so far. They definately hook up very nicely.

Your tires are too small! Your diameter is way smaller than stock!

not sure what you are talking about. i also use a 295/35 and my fronts are 255/40. they are on 18x9.5 and 18x8.5. My stock sizes weren't much different from these.

His stock size was either 235/50/18 or 235/55/17. By going with a 265/35/18, your diameter is about 1.9 inches smaller. Thats a lot! His fronts are also about 2 inches smaller than the rears.

Your tire sizes are right. they match up with each other, and they are pretty close to the same diameter as stock.

The kumhos fucking suck. I hate them and will never buy them again. They are absolute garbage. My next tire will either be BFG or Nitto.

Kuhmo's are a good tire. Maybe not the best for the track... but they are a tire that will wear good and will last a long time. I have used and sold several sets with no complaints. I have a set of 275/40/17's on my 96 gt right now that are over a year old and still have about 60% life left and they have seen a few burnouts.

I had them on my Mach. One day I was trying to make a u-turn in heavy traffic and I kinda stepped on it and the front end just plowed on straight, and when the front started turning the back end broke loose. The suck HUGE.

What tires aren't going to break loose when you step on it while doing a u-turn in a mustang? kuhmo has lots of differant kinds of tires... thier cheapest ones aren't the best for grip.

I'll never buy bfg again because the BFG TA KD tires I was running started coming apart at the seams after 5000miles

I haven't had but only one set of Falkens - the azenis - but since I've had them I don't think I'd want to switch tires.
