Mid-Pipe Question?

O.K. Heres the question. I have a magnaflow axle-back exhaust with the stock cats and was wanting to change to an off-road H or X pipe. Which one sounds the best with magnaflow ? I have searched for sound clips but I've only found them on Magnapacks. Any help would be great!

Thanks Redfire, I was kinda afraid that the x would sound too raspy but that video sounded sweet.

i like the sound of the prochamber for deep rumble, but o/r x pipe sounds good too thats what i got w/ boomtubes tho.

I love the sound of the h-pipe... It's deeper and not as raspy as an x-pipe.

i like the little rasp i get with the FRPP x pipe, but it also still uses the factory cats

I live the Magnaflows with an X. The Saleens sound sweet with an H though.

I have a Pypes O R H pipe I put on 5 days ago and with the side exit exhaust was just too loud for me. I took it off and it is for sale if anyone is interested.

Well I was really leaning toward the h pipe but after that video redfire linked me to, I think I'm going with the x . May even gain a little hp too.

I cant look right now because my sound is broken but I think I have seen this video before...if I remember correctly he has o/r h-pipe with slp lm's (straight-pipes)

I like the x with the magnaflows, not too raspy because of the muffler design imo

Do you really think that rev up at the beginning sounds good?

...It has a very nice sound at WOT but be realistic and know that you will be sounding more like the beginning of that video at least 75% of the time....but to each his own
