Canned Tune Caused Motor To Die

ok, got eh livewire to take a tune, and update.
uploaded a tune in ll3 format (92 race from bama) and it killed the car. twice. I think it was a predator tune with the wrong extension, so bad prog.
so i took it off, and created a new canned tune (cool feature of the livewire), and it failsafes 3 times...
changed for cmcv's, steeda cai, 93 oct, etc...
only thing is it didnt have anything for headers, pullies, or whatever...
anyone know what would cause this?

I would call Doug asap. Be interesting to find out what it is, and if it's something we can fix ourselves, or if we need a completely new tune.

thats the thing. he accidentally sent my last tune for my predator in ll3 format. so I tried it. I dont know if it was in predator paramerters, just in an sct file or what...
buit the canned tune should have worked, considering it took the cmcvs and intake into account.

There are parameters that if you adjust it you have to adjust another one accordingly like the voltage for the throttle response. If they are not within a certain thresh hold it can stand. Check with doug to make sure on it.

im awaiting my new race tune from brenspeed. I wanted to compare brent's to doug's race tunes.
but, I am going to contact doug about it.
the only thing is that why would the canned tune, that tunes for cmcv's, steeda 90mm cai, 4.10s, and such, cause a failsafe?
The livewire has an adjustable canned tune. you just select your mods, like cmcv's, which intake you have, octane, gears, etc...
