Lowest Price on Flowmasters?

I'm ready to order Flowmaster American Thunder Axle-Back Exhaust for my 05 GT. I've found a price of $283 from LMPerformance. Anyone know of a lower price? Anyone ordered from this company before?

Thanks!

Thats a good price, but I don't like the Flows at all. IMO there are way better choices out there.

Do Not Get Flowmasters, they are Junk, the inside welds come apart after a year.

You are better off getting FRPP Axle Back (They are borlas rebadged as ford racing)

I like MAC's but they drone a bit but it does not bother me, I Like it

Magnaflows are crap as well, JBA's sound good or Corsica

LMs + o/r midpipe = ass/obnoxious

Bassani/Borla/Magnaflow are IMO the best.

The Magnaflows sound awesome wuth an o/r x.

Such hatred toward my American thunders....im gonna cry...well if what you guys say is true then mine should be falling apart next summer. I just put them on this spring. And I have had tons of complements on the way they sound. But for me I like the deep but mellow growl they provide. That might change when I get my long tubes and O/R H pipe.

I recently changed from Flowmaster to Loudmouths. I'll tell ya, it's like night and day. Yes the flowmasters made me happy when I got them cause they are better than stock, deep but not too loud. Try this bro, take your stock mufflers off and just drive it like that for a couple of days. You may have to wrap a rag around the pipe near the axle so it doesn't bounce around (that's what I did). I did that before I got rid of my flows just to see if that's what I REALLY wanted and I LOVED IT! Now I've got Loudmouths on there, and it's not as loud as NO muffler but it's a happy medium. If you wanna scare people at a stoplight, then Flowmasters may not be for you.

*steps down off soapbox*

biggest reason for it not being as loud is because you aren't dumping the exhaust under the car with the LM's. the sound is going out the back rather than going into the car

I bought my flows for $245 from a local shop in Florida, another member on another forum told me that information. Called them up. $245, plus 15 shipping to my door, had it in 2 days. I think the price is still $245, PM me for contact details.

Edelbrock shorty headers, Bassani Xpipe w/cats Flowmaster American Thunder axle back And there is no other sound quite like them. Loud as hell outside and quite inside. In fact, people can't believe its the same car after they ride in it. Girls love the rumble and I like the girls! Very happy after over a year and 50,000 miles on my car.

I got my car on June 20th 2006 and as of today I got 50073. I dunno where all the miles added up from, I guess I love to drive. My daily commute is 23 miles each way to work and back and i go home for lunch everyday (total of 88 miles). I do business consulting in the evening and some of these drives are 100 or so miles each way. Good I love this car. And before anyone asks I get about 15.2 mpg but i didn't buy this car and mod it for the MPG, I got it for the 1000 TPG (Thrills Per Gallon).

The only thing not working right is the tcs idiot light in the tach wont go off, And i think i screwed that up with my flash tuner. other then that, nada. 50,000 + and I drive the shit outta my stang, FTW!

to answer the question about fowmasters, mine were $320 installed so anywhere around 300-350 installed is fair.
