Gear Compatibility 04 And 05?

welli have 3.73 gears for an 04 and my buddy with an 05 wants to buy them. basically are they compatible? Im thinking that a ford 8.8 is a ford 8.8 so they should be right??

they will work just fine. just make sure it's for the right rear end.

7.5 (v6)

8.8 (v8)

that goes for ALL mustangs.

An 8.8 is an 8.8. They'll work.
