The “World’s Most Powerful Production Musclecar” will be equipped with a unique 725HP Kenne Bell 2.8H Billet Twin Screw Kit designed specifically for the Shelby GT 500 Super Snake.
Shelby elected the 2.8H because of it’s ultra high efficiency (up to 56 more HP than other Twin Screws - at the SAME boost), compact design, unique Mammoth” inlet system and proven performance (17 years of Twin Screw experience). The “725HP Kit” which includes an upgraded one piece aluminum driveshaft will be available only in coupes. A less powerful Eaton 2.3 Roots type kit, rated at only 600HP is used on the convertibles, which lack the structural rigidity of the coupes. No wimpy 600HP convertible for us. We couldn’t resist. Had to buy one - the 725HP coupe, of course.
The “Super Snake” with it’s Shelby badged Kenne Bell supercharger is simply the baddest most powerful and intimidating production musclecar ever. It has everything (aggressive looks, handling, ride, brakes and image with no loss in fuel economy). And it’s guaranteed to turn heads for the next 50 years.

Screw that. With that blower you have the capability to walk all over everything. You could make 900rwhp with the stock blower!

the 2.6L KB is capable of 950 h.p. on a 4.6L...Can't imagine what the tuners will crank out of that 2.8L blower on a 5.4L...Glorious carnage...

Can 1000hp really be streetable? My '89 was really hard to handle with 700hp. I tried everything to make it a driver, but it just didn't like anyrhing under WOT.
