3rd to 2nd... Ouch

So I couldint resist taking my GT out of storage today...sun was shining and I thought I would go row thru the gears a bit. Any way got er up to 5500 in thrid and speed shifed it right back into 2nd!!! I have never done that in my whole life. The funny thig is it slipped right in without grinding at all. When I let the clutch out...oh man was it a mess. Tires locked up engine red lined!!! My poor baby. I don't recomend anyone doing this...it sucked! I got it on video I just can't figure out how to post vids here yet.

That sucks man. Glad you didn't break anything. As RF said, you can create an account at Youtube (it's free), and ul your videos there. Photobucket works as well, but overall the encoder at youtube seems to work better. Your vids just have to be 100mb or less.

lucky... I have vids of my 2nd gear locking out... 3 times, 3 vids... I made in less than... oh... 5 minutes... this will serve as evidence for when I bring the car on tuesday or whenver to finish the defroster repair.

in the bar where you type the address...like www.sd;lfkjds.com

just click on your video like your gonna watch it then right click in your adress bar and copy and paste it into here
