dont use comp springs with crane's, not enough seat pressure....
comp springs are made for comps. plain and simple.

I mean, you could, but I wouldnt risk it.
comp has a low pressure spring, (like 87lbs or something)
stock I think is above 110, if not 127...

Modern is correct...the pressure is very low for the comp cams...You need stronger ones for the crane cams...Have you looked at BBR?

I would say BBR Stage IIs because they are more aggresive that the Comp Stave IVs but they aren't too aggresive for a street car or even a DD.

BBR recommend the stage I for the N/A applications and the stage II for the FI applications....stage II work fine on n/a as well

comp only has stage 3...
crane has 4
crower has 3 also

cranes are by far the most aggressive.
then crower
then BBR
then Comp

BUT Brenspeed has custom grinds by comp that net 31hp, and 20 peak to peak that need NO SPRING CHANGES.
