Help With Engine Noise

A Few weeks ago I put on headers and changed the under drive pulleys on my car. For the last week or two the very first time I start it or if I start it after it has completely cooled down, there is a noise from one of the pulleys for the first couple of minutes. One the engine is nice and warm there is no more noise.
I'm not 100% sure but it seems to be coming from the passenger side lower to maybe the center area of the engine.
It makes a chirping sound about every second to second and a half and increases when I give it gas.
I have removed and greased the roller guide pulley (or what ever it's called) the tensioner pulley, the water pump pulley, and even removed the A/C compressor and tightened it back up to make sure it is straight.
I thought about taking it to a mechanic to look at but by the time I get to one it will not be making the noise and I would have to leave it there for hours.
I put the crank pulley on just like the directions said to, by starting with the long bolt to get it started, then using the right bolt, torqued it, backing it off and then torqued it again.
Should I take off the crank pulley and re-install it and see if that helps? try a new belt? or just put the old ones back on and see if that stops the noise?
Any suggestions or help will be greatly appreciated

Chris

if you had a mechanics stethescope it would be pretty easy to find the problem. i wouldn't pay someone unless i had to though. i would try re-enstalling it first. if that didn't work i would put the original back on and see if it still did it.

I don't think that it is the pulley alingment, I have removed every pulley and either greased or oiled them.
I contacted Steeda and their suggestion was to first try spraying WD-40 all over everything if that did not work then remove them and reinstall.
Well the WD-40 did not work, so I removed the UD pulley and was in the process of putting it back on when the internal threads decided that they had enough and stripped. Now at this point I should have just said screw it and took it to a mechanic, but being hard headed I said I know what I'll do. I will just tap it out. no luck there, it was past tapping.
I'm so lucky that I'm in the navy and my main job is working with metal, I talked to the machine shop guys and they said just oversize the hole and put in a helicoil.
Well I finished that up today, I also sprayed the heck out of the belt with some belt dressing.
If when I start it up in the morning there is that annoying chirping sound I guess I will fianally give in and take it someplace.
