Sounds like an angry person any way jeez there is no need for all that trash talking. Beside I had an 03 Mach 1 and I now have an 07 GT and they are so close in capibility its like splitting hairs. The Mach came from ford with 305 crank hp and the 05+ come with 300. you put a CAI tune, and cat back on an 05 and they are better. The only thing the Mach has going for it is it can make gobs of power with F/I it came with a cobra 4 valve engine. So making over 500 rwhp is not hard with a good blower ours will fall apart over 450 rwhp (thats what most people say) I wish I still had my Mach 1 but oh well I dont.
Any how now need for all the hostility.

yeah i didnt care for the sound of the black one, but the yellow has a good thump to it.

The yellow one was sweet. The black one sounded like the exhaust was just dribbling out (except when applying the throttle).

i thought mach1's had high compression engines and will break faster with F/I?

the bottom end isn't forged like the 03-04 cobras. so no it won't hold the power when looking for more than any other 4.6

Howz you mileage with the Stage-4 cams? I've heard a couple of people recommend the Stage-2's as a compromise. I love the old-school sound though. Sounds bad-ass!!

thanks, yeah i got mine painted and was looking in 5.0 and seen an add for latemodelrestoration.com and they have a magnet black out stip for 39.99, i still want the honey comb fixture though even though its like $150.
