Scratched hood

Hey guys, new to posting but been reading here for quite sometime. I had the great luck of our basketball goal falling on the windshield then sliding all the way down the hood. The scratchs go from the top of the hood to the bottom. Considering painting the hood a different color then black......any ideas or suggestions? Really enjoy reading in the forum by the way

Im not sure I would paint the facory hood a different color on a black car. Im not sure you would get the look your going for IMO. But this would be a prime opertunity to get a new hood since you got to get it painted anyways...

Gotta agree with Fast here - stock hood, solid color, ram air or bumped hood an accent color works good..

This would be a perfect chance to get a new hood. Mrbodykit.com has a bunch of choices, so does Cervinis.
