Woot Bday present 3.90 gears

So today is my Bday and my present from my parents was Pro 5.0 3.90 gears for my 06 gt auto. So excited. What else will I need? Gear installation kit? Any recommendations or links would be appreciated. Rear axle girdle? Would it be agood idea to get one or is it mostly for looks? What oil? Thanks!!

good choice, You will also need an install kit and I used Royal Purple 75w90 Max gear lube.
Also don't go with the cheapest installer find someone in your area that specializes with Fords especially current models.

Does it matter what company I get the master install kit from? Is the motive master install kit any good? Or does it not matter?

If I'm not mistaken the Motive Kit uses Timken Bearings so you would be good with those.
