you can but it won't help much because you have an air to water intercooler not air to air.

if you want to help out air temps by a reservoir that can hold more water and you can add ice to

but with this kit you need to relocate the battery to the trunk, i did this and it helped a little but my intake temps were already low only about 40-50 degrees over ambient temp

Spraying nitrous on a air to water IC will do nothing. Spraying nitrous on an air to air IC is still stupid. Why waste nitrous trying to get an extra 5hp by spaying a 100 shot on your IC? Have you seen the killer chiller?

it mounts where the factory Cobra Eaton, Kenne Bell and Whipple intercooler does below the supercharger, it uses the refrigerant from the air conditioning system to cool the water passing through the intercooler to the heat exchanger. it has been proven to low the air temps to below 50 degrees when the blower is making boost and heating the air during the compression before being injested into the motor. the testing on it showed as much as 120 degree temp drop on Eaton powered cars

Not quite, it actually mounts in the bumper by the HE and cools the IC fluid. There is also a bypass kit to remove the HE from the system so you dont heat up the IC fluid.
