Bullet?

Have you all seen the specs on the New 08 Bullet? I have figured out that with 2800.00 dollars worth of mods you could blow it away with your simple little GT and have 5 grand in your pocket, ok I'm dense, What's the point! The bullet bling?

The exclusivity. Thats all it is. With a CAI and tune with some DRs you could take it in the quarter.

Yea its like saying " I could put a kenne belle and some nitrous on my car and smoke a termi" yes it all boils down to exclusivness and style.

Huh, I just want to keep going faster as I can afford it! And I like my crome trimed performance white alot better, but then again me and green just don't get along exept on trees and grass! LOL

Its not worth the money unless you want the bullit for its looks. Thats the bottom line. If you wann go faster buying performance parts for your gt instead faster and cheaper.

not true its faster than a base gt. saw one at the track doin 13.5 at 102 bone stock spinnin. it already has 3 73s and a cold air. n x pipe if im not mistaken. a tune would do low 13's high12's easy on dr's

Black the point was that with the 7 grand you would save buying the GT you could take half that money mod and blow the bullets doors off.

i wouldnt mind owning one, but i wouldnt want to spend 7k extra for somehting that will probably only get me noteriety and nothing more

A bullit is a car of it's own. you have to like it for what it is. It's a lot cheaper then any of the other special mustangs and I think it looks baddass with no emblems no chrome look. it has a few mods but mainly cosmetic and suspension

They still could have done it better IMO. Different wheels, put the side window scoops in, stuff like that. Its like they where on a good track then stopped. With a couple of aftermarket style mods and some different wheels it would like very nice.

a set of torq-thrust wheels painted or powdercoated black, the side scoops like you said...it might be pushing it but throw a 390(carbed of course) in it and add the 390 stripe to the side. that would awesome.

You're failing to buy into the "it's a collector's car" philosophy. Shame on you for looking at it as a mere prodution car meanly specced to save Ford money by letting them charge far more than it's worth in physical terms.

Actualy if you add it all up, they removed more than they added. Kinda makes me think they should've charged less

I work for clorox. At a Glad plant. you know the freaking trash bags. Thats what we make. I work a 12 hour nite shift but we work 1 hour on 1 hour off so I get an hour break every other hour. Kinda kicks ass since we get paid for 12 and realy only work 6 or 7. But me and sweet2kstang run our own little performance business on days off so I usualy sleep every other hour
