Headlight Adjust

Hey guys. I needed help with my headlights. Since they've installed the front end I havent been able to see more than 4 feet in front of my car because the headlights are pointing straight down almost. How do I adjust them? I heard there was a screw on the back of the housing but I cant find it.

Thanks!

Ooooh ok. And how do I adjust it? Is it the same for the Shelby lights?

I don't know about the shelby... but turning it left or right will either make the headlight go up, or down... and its pretty visible, since it moves the whole reflector inside the case.

Looks a tiny bit different on the shelby but overall it worked well. I'll have to drive it when it gets dark and see.

Thanks for the help Luis_GT!

What you should do is park facing a wall at night so that you can level the lights so one isn't pointing higher than the other.

+1 Get about 3 feet from a garage door with your low beams on. Using electrical tape, make a horizontal line on the garage door across the top of the bright spots in the beams. It should be about level. Then drop a vertical line in the middle of each of the beams down from the horizontal line. Those are your reference points. Back the car up about 25 feet from the door. Adjust your low beams so that the TOP of the bright spot of the beams is AT BUT NOT ABOVE the horizontal line with the beams centered on the vertical lines. You should be good to go, the high beams will be good if the lows are adjusted properly.
