I had a similar problem with my livewire, except that piece broke totally off. I think SCT uses cheap plugs. Mine still sticks on the obd port just fine so i left it broken.

Hey now you know if it ever stops working to hit up SCT and they should help you out... I tested it out and it worked fine but I just want to get it fixed for Resale value... You know...

Looks like you will be wating at least 12 days to see me Data Log lol...

I actually just sent my LW in as an RMA for having a crappy screen. I did not tell them about the plug. It should be back today, so we'll see if they fixed it. My guess is they did not.

LOL About how long did it take for them to be done with it and all???

SCT"s Tech,and Customer service is excellent....it's the Xcal 3 I don't care for too many damn problems,and I'm still dealing with them....The upside is I went to get my oil changed at the dealership today,and asked about the recall,said they would check to see if my car was on the list,and it was...Got it it all done,now to resolve the issues with the Xcal 3??????

Joe if you are talking about the airbag recall, there is no reason to revert to stock. They don't touch the PCM only the RCM. Just make sure you tell them NOT to touch the PCM

Ehh it doesnt matter.. I havent even locked the tuner to my car yet I have to wait till it is back from SCT... They told me too send the tuner unlocked...
So now I just have to wait...
