Yeah I know how to disable it for good BUT for your own damn good/the safety of other passengers I'm not going to tell you a damn thing on how it's done. One accident and you guys are toast. Picture yourself cruising down the road going 80mph. Suddenly some dumb ass teenage driver in a big SUV that her parents put her in because they know their child can't drive worth shit pulls out in front of you. Bam! The car suddenly goes from 80mph to 0mph. You on the other hand will get smacked hard in the torso with the airbag and your forehead will become friends with the windshield....right before it busts through it. I've been in a few accidents and wearing a seatbelt has always been the difference from a bruise/sprained neck and serious injury. People wouldn't spend all the time and money designing the damn things if they weren't helpful.

And if you think that you couldn't possibly get into an wreck one of the times you decided to not wear a seatbelt, they're called "accidents" for a reason.

Here it goes in detail of how to take it off the buzzer.
1. Turn the ignition switch to the RUN (or ON) position. (DO NOT START THE ENGINE)
2. Wait until the safety belt warning light turns off. (Approximately 1 minute)
Step 3 must be completed within 50 seconds aftert the safety belt warning light turns off.
3. For the seating position being disabled, buckle then unbuckle the safety belt 9 times, ending in the unbuckled state. (Step 3 must be completed within 50 seconds after the safety belt warning light turns off.)
After step 3, the restraint system warning ight (airbag light) will be turned on for three seconds
4. Within 10 seconds of the light turning on, buckle then unbuckle the safety belt.
This will disable the Buzzer feature for that seating position if it is currently enabled. As confirmation, the restraint system warning light will flash 4 times per second for 3 seconds.

There you guys have it in full detail hope that helps everyone. I mean it is your choice to remind yourself of your safety belt and it is up to you to put it on. Be safe guys!!!

You don't need a seatbelt nowdays.... the people talking on cell phones, texting messages, and driving with a cigarette in one hand and a bottle of water in the other are all careful drivers... watching out for everyone as the drive down the road.

Well I drive in the country all the time, where there are no cars so I would love to be seatbelt less and live on the wild side.

And deer have been know to kill people in accidents too. I grew up in the country, I've almost hit stuff from squirrels to cows. Not fun coming over a hill at 70mph and there's bessie in the middle of the road looking right at you. I've been lucky and never hit any big animals.

I have only hit about 3 deer in my life. F#@ked my ultra rare German import BMW 1987 528e. Plenty of dogs. Hit more than I can count.

We put deer whistles under the headlights, so far so good.

Holy shit! Wow I was trying to figure out if that was the whole deer stuck in the motor! Can't tell if that is part of it or the whole deer. Fucking awesome. Love the blood and guts everywhere!

I tried that and it worked but for only one cycle of the key. As soon as you turn the car off and restart it the light/buzzer come back on.
Ayyone have any ideas?
Ha ha, I can imagine someone doing that every time they get in. It would be like an OCD dude getting in his car every day. I am actually surprised also that they would tell you how to disconnect in the manual, here comes a lawsuit, ha.
