05 Mustang With Paxton Novi 2200, Need Help On Custom Tune

Hi all. as you can see by the title, I have a 05 with the novi 2200 and intercooler setup, running 12psi boost, cmr plate delete and maf.ia installed and set to 2. the car was fine till the cmr delete and I needed a custom tune to shut them off. my question when I up load the custome tune do I build off of the stock base file or do I download the air/air tune fromt the car and build off of that. The car runs with the one off of the stock base but I dont think the maf.ia is set up in that tune as my air flow numbers are now lower. Any ideas out there?

I would talk to Doug at Bamachips, or someone from Brenspeed. They can give you the answers you need.

you need to go and get a custom tune. the base tune that comes with the kit is basically just a crutch to get you to a dyno for tuniung. where are you located?
