BMR uca.....Help

Does any one know what size wrench it takes to adjust the jam nuts. This has been the worst project ive done on a car in a while. You cant get to anything.

lol that piece is a pain...my friend helped me but we did it on a lift after i failed miserably on jack stands. Does an adjustable wrench fit? I don't remember what size he used

hmm i'm trying to remember what it was. It's close to an inch and I know that it's a left handed jam nut meaning it tightens to the left. I remember my friend reaching over the differential with it on the lift and it being a nightmare. I'll say this though, once it's done you will be very happy with it, wheel hop is non existant with that and the bmr billet aluminum lowers

I have non adj billet lowers so I have no wheel hop. Im doing it to get rid of the drive shaft vibration. One piece chromoly d/s is the way to go. Huge difference but I cant take the vibes. Hopefully the uca can adjust it out.

I think the jam nut was a 1 1/2" but I used a 18" cresent wrench

I dont think there is enough room for a 18" wrench on mine. Did you have to adjust your pinion angle? I think that can only be done on a lift.

you can do it on jackstands, you just need to make sure you get the car up high enough and make sure you have the rear stands right under the axles to keep it loaded. If you have access to a lift then I highly recommend it
