Opinions Needed
With Spring Break finally here, I'm lookin to take care of some more esthetic mods. I'll be painting the brake calipers as well as some of the engine parts (valve covers, fuel line and the intake). I'm struggling with what colors I'd like to use, I've narrowed it down to silver, black, or as close of a match to my Vista Blue as possible. Found a good duplicolor for Ford Blue up at Autozone, but I wanted to get some opinions here first. The color doesn't necessarily need to be the same for the calipers and the engine parts. With the calipers I'm pretty torn between those 3 colors though. I have stock rims for the time being, I won't be getting any new wheels soon. Thanks for any advice/opinions.

I don't mind the way red calipers look, but I don't want them to stand out THAT much. Red on the vista blue would just be too much for me I think. Ideally, this summer I'll be getting a new hood and silver stripes as well, so that's why I'm leaning towards the blue and silver themed paints.
The blue would be the Ford Blue that duplicolor makes (at least for the calipers) I would prefer to get a blue that closely matches the vista blue.

Found this pic of a guy who did his calipers too. This is the perfect blue I would want, anyone have any ideas which duplicolor paint kit he used?

I picked up the duplicolor Blue for the calipers. It's about 50 degrees out right now though, should I wait until it warms up before painting them? That may be a 3-4 days down the line

For your specific car, I'd like black calipers I think. And for the engine parts...that's a toughie, though the hemi orange wouldn't look bad at all! I'm big into color themes though, so maybe even an all around black would be nice to accent your stripes.

I have everything I need, but the temperature outside is about 49 degrees. The instructions say to work in 55-85 degree temperature, any idea if that's just a customary warning? Would it be ok to do it right now or should I wait for a warmer day? I'm a bit ansy to get this stuff painted!!!
