air bag panel

does anyone know where i can get a airbag panel for the dash. the part i am asking about is the panel above the glove box that actually says "airbag" ford wants 135 for the part and 150 for install. my friend had a wheel barrel in her car. (dont ask me?!?) she gouged it pretty good. the one she needs is the lower of the two and it needs to be the silver striped one.

This is an entire panel. I would just go with the dealers.
