Front License Plate

im required to have a front plate and im thinking it would look better offset on the bumper rather than smack in the middle of the lower grill like most of the dealers install.

does anyone have picks of an offset front plate please post or send to me.

thanks

You sure your going to be hassled about it.. Illinois requires them to, but my daily driver and eleanor are plateless up front, zero stops for it. I have been pulled over for other things and the plate wasn't even mentioned.. in both vehicles.

Is the license plate already installed? I know in texas if the car doesn't come with one on the front from the factory, it isn't required.

no holes in your bumper cover, won't work with a chin spoiler.

I just used heavy duty velcro on mine. No holes, and only cost $5.

Routinely for that, but I also got pulled over by an off duty who caught me red handed excess of 130 mph, pulled over and he drew his gun, acted very irrational and searched my vehicle without consent. Brother as my witness it was this time last year and he was forced to let me go due to the illegal search.

Often times i get pulled over just because they wanted to see the car. No reason other than they never seen a mustang like that before. Numerous cop thumbs up as well. They like the car when I'm not exceeding the speed limits..

Trick em then, cut down some bolts and epoxy them to the plate so it appears bolted on, use velcro as mentioned and it should easily form to that curve. If they want the plate, their gonna take it weather it's bolted on or velcro'd

He wants it to one side of the car, I haven't seen anything bracket wise that allows for the gang banger plate mounting position.. I'm kidding - but seriously I haven't seen that type of bracket..
