Engine light is on....y?? (CAI and Tune just installed)

Ok so i installed my cold air intake and a 91 octane tune today. I took it out for a spin and went fine cept for some heavy shifting which I guess is normal at first. Well, a few hours later I had to go to class and it stuttered on me and then the second time I turned the key it started, but the engine light was on. I'm running 91 octane fuel and everything is connected and bolted well on the cold air intake. Also, when the tune completed it said it was successful and I followed all instructions. Is this normal or what? The car still feels kinda jumpy and stuttery tho.

run the trouble code checker on the tuner...it should tell you whats wrong as well...as well as clear it (shut off the engine light)

get the code but dont clear it right away, find otu what is wrong first, cause when you clear codes you also clear all the modules memory too. if its nothing bigg then clear it but i would hold off on clearing it right away.

Ok, yes the MAF is connected correctly. Is it bad to be driving with it on because as i said, i'm a school and my tuner is at home....

Just an odd thought, but could the greater air flow take the stock MAF bayond it's capabilities of accurate reading and require an attenuator such as the MAFiA? I know this is usually not an issue, but perhaps....

load stock tune, dont start car. disconnect battery, hit breaks turn on lights, honk horn, connect it back after 10 minutes. reload your tune as usual

OK, these are the trouble codes i'm getting:

P0148 - Fuel Delivery Error
P0171 - System too lean (Base 1)
P0174 - System too lean (Base 2)
P1000 - OBD Systems Readiness

The car feels sluggish so if its having trouble getting enough fuel this makes sense. But I have no clue why its occuring. Is there a specific parameter on the diablosport I need to adjust to coincide with my JLT CAI?? Who else has this combo of intake and tuner?
